Instead of offering temporary solutions “quick fixes” we focus on uncovering and addressing the root causes of your issues, ensuring lasting improvements in your body, health, and life.

  • During your first visit to Altitude Health & Performance, we take a thorough, approach to understand every detail of your condition. We’ll begin with a comprehensive neurological and orthopedic examination to identify which tissues, muscles, and joints may be contributing to your pain. From there, we’ll conduct a functional assessment to uncover the root cause—the WHY—behind your discomfort. Once we have a clear picture, we’ll guide you through our proven frameworks, addressing your symptoms while incorporating mobility and stability exercises to create lasting, life-long changes.

  • New Exam and Treatment: 60 minutes, Follow up visits: 30-45 mins

  • For the most comfort, we urge you to wear comfortable, athletic clothes (like going to the gym). It is preferred for you to not wear anything you cannot move in (i.e. suit, dress, etc.) as it might be a bit restricting during our visit.

  • At Altitude Health & Performance, I don’t accept any form of insurance. because I believe it can limit the level of care I’m able to provide. Insurance often places restrictions on the time and treatments available, which means I wouldn’t be able to give each patient the focused, personalized care they deserve. Instead, I offer a straightforward pricing structure where you pay one price for the full range of services you need, with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. This way, you receive the highest quality care, tailored specifically to you, every time you visit.

    You can however pay with your HSA or FSA.

  • YES! We are happy to offer the ability to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA). Just let us know and we can put the card on file.

  • The Performance/wellness Plan is only available for our established patients who have completed a trial of care with us and are looking to take that next step to achieving long-term, optimal performance. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us directly. 603-714-7014
